ACO Member Services – What Do Members Receive?
Membership will entitle you to:
- InFocus newsletters and ACO eNews
- Regular Member Updates via email
- Free CPD webinars accessed from your home/practice including optional online assessments
- Substantial discounted member rates for CPD events (including courses, clinical workshops, CPR Courses and the ACO national conference) inlcuding free online assessments
- Attendance at six ACO Seminar Series events (11 lectures), free of charge
- Services and resources from the Nathan Library, free of charge
- Annual Reports and for Full Members, voting rights at the ACO Annual General Meeting
- Be nominated to ACO Committees and the ACO Council after 12 months of membership (Full Members only)
- Complimentary access to the Members' Lounge (free wifi) and when available, ACO meeting rooms and theatre facilities
- Apply for Fellowship of the ACO after three years of continuous membership (Full Members only). (Fellows are recognised as having earned the esteem of their peers in the pursuit of their professional work activities)
- Discount accommodation rates in Melbourne for CPD events.
Discounted Optional Services and Resources for Members
Additional service and resources, which are offered to members at greatly reduced rates, including:
- Discounted rates for DVD's of the ACO Seminar Series, 10 lectures in total for $65 (non member rate $365). Free optional online assessments are provided for up to 20 CPD points in total more
- Audio CPD Subscription Service: members are entitled to receive, on loan, up to two CD's per month, with additional printed material more
- CPD With Optional Assessment: Assessment questionnaires are provided at most CPD events in order to gain additional CPD points more
