The main clinic, offering the full range of eye care services in located in Carlton (link to map) just 4km from the CBD. Additional clinics are located within community health centres in Braybrook, Broadmeadows, Doveton Hallam, East Preston and Frankston.

A referral or letter of introduction from your current eye care practitioner is required if you are under continuing or current eye care.
