Clinical investigation of contact lens maintenance systems.

EXPERIMENTAL SUBJECTS WANTED

DO YOU WEAR SOFT CONTACT LENSES?

Subjects who currently wear soft contact lenses, aged 18 years or older, are required to help in a research project comparing different contact lens maintenance systems when using silicone hydrogel lenses on a daily wear basis.

After an initial screening visit to assess your suitability (1.5 hours), there will be one further visit after 7, 14 or 30 days (1 hour).   Each visit will involve standard measures of vision and contact lens performance.   You will also be asked to evaluate the comfort and performance of the study lenses via questionnaires.

This study will take place at Clinical Vision Research Australia at the Victorian College of Optometry (Cnr Cardigan & Keppel Sts, Carlton 3053) from June 2008 to March 2009.

$20.00 will be paid towards travel expenses for your attendance at each of the study visits.

Results of your test will be kept confidential.

If you are interested in participating in this study please contact Ms Kay Wignall on 9349 7410 or cvra@vco.org.au for more information.
